Dato’ Chua Meng Min, is a seasoned leader in the life insurance industry spanning over three decades. Beginning in 1986, he climbed the ranks at Asia Life Assurance, showcasing a commitment to excellence. In 2000, he founded MMTS Consulting, dedicated to coaching MDRT members and top agency managers.
Dato' Chua's visionary leadership is evident in the success of MMTS, which has nurtured numerous life insurance professionals using the S.E.E.D. concept. His 2007 book, "Ten Things You Need to Know to Achieve MDRT," marked the start of a series of elite publications.
In 2015, Dato' Chua co-founded Pisteuo Advisory, seamlessly combining trusts and life insurance. He serves as the first chairman of the Malaysia Will and Trust Association with the aim at bring higher awareness about these industries.
Dato' Chua obtained the Registered Financial Planner (RFP) certification in 2021. In 2023, he and his team secured the approval from BNM to establish Maxima Advisory, showcasing his foresight in financial services expansion.

Kathryn Khoo, epitomizes resilience, adaptability, and a pursuit of excellence. Starting at the front desk of a beauty company, her entrepreneurial spirit thrived under the values of exceptional service and client commitment.
Rising swiftly to Junior Operation Manager, overseeing five branches in Malaysia, she made a bold move to venture overseas before returning to Malaysia and become a successful insurance agent. Over 15 years, she achieved MDRT recognition eight times and was an Outstanding Unit Manager in 2011. She also managed to develope three MDRT agents.
In 2012, facing industry challenges, Kathryn seized an opportunity to redefine the insurance agent's role. Teaming up with long time mentor Dato’ Chua and comrade Elsie Loo, they founded Pisteou Advisory in 2015, evolving into Holistic Wealth Group after 8 years of growth.
Kathryn's journey reflects determination, foresight, and a commitment to redefining wealth management, driving HWG's success.

Ms. Elsie Loo, CSO and co-founder of HWG, is a seasoned insurance professional. Since 2004, she's been a registered life insurance agent with Allianz Life Insurance (M) Bhd. Achieving milestones like a Lifetime MDRT qualifier and earning multiple awards during her roles as Unit Manager and Agency Manager at Allianz, Elsie boasts 20 years of experience in insurance and will and trust services.
Her "get-it-done" personality shines through, making her an essential part of HWG's leadership trio. In roles at Pisteuo Advisory, she trained thousands of advisers and will contribute significantly to training FARs at Maxima Advisory. Elsie's leadership, strategic vision, and dedication complement her co-founders, driving HWG's success and aligning with the mission of redefining wealth management for enduring financial legacies.
