In 2005, responding to the escalating demand from Malaysian consumers for specialized advisory services, Bank Negara Malaysia introduced a licensing framework for financial advisers (F.A.). The primary objective was to offer comprehensive financial advisory services, spanning insurance protection, education savings, investments, and retirement planning. Maxima Advisory, granted BNM FA approval on July 31, 2023, proudly stands as the inaugural F.A. to implement a 100% commission payout model to its FA Representatives (FARs).
Specializing in Holistic Wealth Management Solutions (HMWS), the FARs at Maxima Advisory demonstrate expertise in areas such as life insurance, wills, trusts, and more. Notably, Maxima Advisory takes the lead in the industry by being the first to offer a 100% Basic Commission Pay Out over a period of six years to its FARs, along with a 100% Overriding Pay Out over four years to recruiters.
Maxima Advisory collaborates with prominent insurance service providers, including AIA Berhad, AIA General Berhad, AmMetLife Insurance Berhad, Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad, and FWD Insurance Berhad.
Looking ahead, the company aspires to achieve another milestone by aiming to become the first F.A. listed on the ACE or LEAP market by the year 2030. This strategic goal underscores Maxima Advisory's commitment to innovation and growth within the financial advisory sector.
